Join us for San Diego Restaurant Week from January 19-26, 2020 to taste our famed menu for the low price of $50 or $60 for a three-course dinner!
Greystone offers downtown San Diego some of the finest cuisines in the nation, including an international selection of hand-cut Wagyu, an eclectic variety of wild game, USDA Prime and Angus Steaks, and freshly caught seafood straight from San Diego’s waters.
Some of the dishes the three-course menu features are:
4 oz Australian Wagyu beef from 100% domesticated and full bread cattle that is traceable to Japanese heard.
Bison tenderloin with poached pear, dry fig port reduction, and crispy truffle risotto cake.
Lobster Spaghetti Diavolo served with fresh and locally caught lobster, calamari, clams, mussels, shrimp. It is topped with local basil, shaved garlic, and chili flakes.
Prime Petit Filet that has been through our in house dry aging process with a Himalayan salt block, aging for a minimum of 21 days.
