It is an honor to be chosen, as we take great pride in our meats. Our USDA Prime steaks are dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days with Himalayan block salt, to produce a more tender and flavorful cut of steak. For the more exotic bunch, we are proud to offer wild game meats, such as our Elk Chop, Wild Boar, and Bison Tenderloin Filet. These cuts are a great choice for any meat lover, but for those looking for the best beef in the world, we do offer the only international selection of hand-cut Wagyu in San Diego!
