Love this place. Have been several times now and each time the food and service were outstanding. Would confidently recommend Greystone to my friends and family!
By far one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Server came up to us when we were seated and made suggestions and then rushed off. He literally never asked us what we wanted to drink (party of 6) until about 20 minutes after we were seated. The place was dead too. Once we were able to stop him, he rushed out after one person asked for a drink so that the table couldn’t order drinks. It was unreal. Then, they served my 14 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AN ALCOHOLIC DRINK. She ordered a mocktail from the mocktail list (a list exclusively non-alcoholic) and they gave her a drink LOADED with gin. When I told them about it, they made fun of the situation and refused to even make it right. Just said “well, there’s nothing we can do about it now” and giggled and asked if she finished the whole thing. Truly unreal.
Then, the food came out and it was terrible. The crab legs were not even edible. I’m not joking, they were so dry and discolored that we didn’t eat them. It’s insane to me that they would serve food this way. They also substituted food for other food and didn’t tell us or ask us before hand.
The service was awful, the food was awful and they served my underage daughter alcohol and then refused to do anything about it to make it right. I felt like I was in the twilight zone and I’m not sure what I’m going to do about this next. Absolutely unbelievable.

The steak melted in my mouth and was able to be cut with a butter knife. And the lemon dessert cake was the best dessert I’ve ever had!!
Dry aged in house the steaks are delicious. A great section of beer wine and spirits. I was and to enjoy a nice Trappist, and you can even get a flight of espresso martinis. I would avoid the shellfish, you are coming here for the steaks. The sides are great, they have a nice twist on mashed potatoes. And you are looking for wagyu, they can accommodate you.
Wonderful friendly service with Priscilla. We really enjoyed stopping in...nice atmosphere with the thought of returning for dinner before leaving San Diego.
Place was packed so we ate at the bar. The service was awesome and the food was delicious as always!
Absolutely the best steak and seafood in San Diego. We had dinner in the private room and we loved everything

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE - called this restaurant six times to request a correction on their billing mistake. Sara the manager, who apparently is the only person who can help with this issue, never bother to call me back. I spoke with 3 persons including Adriana and Michelle and also left a voice mail. I received no response even though I was promised several times that Sara would call me.
For a restaurant that charges hefty prices for average food, the least they can deliver is on excellent customer service. Not my experience here.

Brian was the best. Big group. Handled our rowdy bunch perfectly. I’ll be back and hope to get Brian again.
