Greystone Steak & Seafood has hosted San Diego holiday parties in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter since 1999, from 12-person executive Christmas dinners in our fireplace Wine Room to full restaurant buyouts for 200 guests.
Every holiday party gets private or semi-private space, a menu built around USDA Prime steaks and fresh seafood, a bar program you choose, and one event coordinator who handles the details. You just show up and host.

The Wine Room
Up to 18 guests
Our fully private dining room, with a working fireplace and wall-to-wall wine cases, seated at one long table. It is the go-to room for executive holiday dinners, client appreciation nights and leadership team celebrations.
The Savoy Lounge
40 to 65 guests
Our upscale cocktail lounge is built for mingling. Book it for a holiday happy hour, a passed-appetizer reception or the kickoff before a seated dinner upstairs.
The Roxy
Up to 55 guests
A semi-private lower dining room with plush booths and a view of the open kitchen and dry-aging cabinet. Long tables or booth seating suit team dinners and friends-and-family holiday gatherings. A chef's table for up to 12 is available on request.
The Diana Balcony
Up to 65 guests
The balcony overlooking the whole restaurant is our largest single space, with its own fireplace and floor-to-ceiling wine cases. It works for a seated company holiday dinner or a standing reception.
Hosting the whole company? Full and partial restaurant buyouts seat up to 150 guests, or host up to 200 guests reception-style. Ask about buyout dates.

How far in advance should we book a holiday party in San Diego?
For Friday or Saturday nights in December, book 8 to 12 weeks ahead. Those dates fill first. Weeknights, early December and January "after the holidays" parties have more flexibility. Lock in the date first, and finalize the menu and head count later.
How many guests can Greystone host for a holiday party?
Up to 150 guests seated or 200 reception-style with a full buyout. Individual spaces include the private Wine Room (up to 18), The Savoy lounge (40 to 65), The Roxy lower dining room (up to 55) and The Diana balcony (up to 65).
Do you have a private room for a small holiday dinner?
Yes. The Wine Room is fully private, seats up to 18 guests at one table and has its own working fireplace. A chef's table for up to 12 guests is also available on request.
Can we build a custom holiday party menu?
Yes. Our executive chef builds each menu around your group, with options for plated dinners, family-style service, passed hors d'oeuvres and stations. We accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and halal guests.
Do you offer hosted bar and drink packages?
Yes. We offer flexible beverage packages, from a hosted bar to wine pairings selected by our in-house sommelier. Our events team will recommend the setup that fits your group and budget.
Is AV available for speeches or presentations?
Yes. A projection screen and AV are available for toasts, awards, slideshows and short presentations. Let us know what you need when you inquire.
