Greystone occupies a landmark building originally constructed in 1874 by Ralph Granger — a two-story Florentine-Italianate brick structure with the kind of architectural detail you do not see in modern construction. It later served as one of San Diego’s storied historic theaters before being converted into the three-story steakhouse it is today.
