The Miso Chilean Sea Bass is a delight, covered in a Yuzu hanakazu glaze and accompanied by sauteed spinach, shiitake mushrooms, and crisp spring peas.
Of course, the most popular selections at Greystone include fine cuts of meat. They offer USDA Prime 21 day dry-aged steaks, ranging from 8 oz. Filet Mignon cuts to a 44 oz. Porterhouse. Perhaps the most exquisite thing on the menu is their selection of Wagyu Beef. This special cut is derived from several breeds of cattle throughout Japan, where techniques have been perfected to ensure each slice has an unrivaled degree of marbling, giving it a tender, succulent taste unlike any other.
Greystone offers three selections of Wagyu Beef, including an American, Grand Norman Australian, and the Japanse Miyazaki Prefecture A5. They currently offer 3 oz. of their Japanze Wagyu for $100, served with a generous portion of black truffles and lightly dusted with gold flakes.
